Project intelligence board

Every remodel signal,
on one board.

I catch remodeling work as it starts across Orange County — permits, plans, the trades already hired — and reach those projects with email and social ads while the specs are still open.

Timing

The window is the whole product.

A kitchen is specified once. The board exists to put you in the room before that happens — not to tell you about it afterwards.

Permit issuedThe city publishes it. Nothing is chosen yet.
You reach out21 days ahead. The board surfaces the row here.
Spec windowAppliances, fixtures and cabinetry get decided.
ClosedBuilt around the choice. Nobody revisits it.
Kitchen 30–90 days Bath 30–90 Whole home 45–150 New home 90–210 Outdoor 21–75 Every work type opens on its own clock — that is why there is no single date.
How it runs

Four moves, top to bottom.

The board is laid out in the order you work it. Start at step 1 and go down — each step fills in the one below it.

Step 1

Pull the week

Seven city permit systems are read in one pass. Only work that touches kitchen, bath, cabinetry and outdoor living is kept — pools, roofing and solar are dropped before you ever see them.

FETCH DATA Already-seen permits are skipped, so after the first run you only get what is new.

Step 2

Let it score

Every project gets 0–100 from five weighted parts. Hover the small mark next to any score and you see that project's own breakdown — what each part contributed, and what pulled it down.

RUN ANALYSIS A big job can still score low. Volume builders buy on national accounts, so the board cuts them to a quarter.

Step 3

Work the top of the list

Start with the red NOW rows — those windows open within three weeks. Narrow by city or work type and the headline counts re-count with you, so you always know how big the slice is.

Contact by is 21 days before the window opens. That date is the point of the whole board.

Step 4

Reach out, then log it

Find the missing phones and emails in one sweep, export exactly what is on screen, or send it straight to your email list and Meta audiences. When a reply comes back, log it.

SCAN ALL FIRMS Logged outcomes are what re-tune the scoring. The board gets sharper every week you feed it.

A week on the board

The permits refresh weekly. This is the rhythm that keeps the list current.

Monday
Pull and score
Fetch, then run analysis. Roughly two minutes of clicking, a few minutes of waiting.
Monday
Fill the gaps
Scan for phones and emails while you do something else — it runs in the background.
Tuesday
Work the NOW rows
These windows open within three weeks. Call first, send second.
Friday
Log what came back
Replies, visits, sales. This is what tunes next week's scoring.
